Passage: Jude 5-16
Last week, we began our new series in the book of Jude and took note of Jude’s clarion call to be alert and prepared to contend for the true Christian faith against false teachers. This week, Jude pulls no punches in showing, both from the Old Testament and from extra-biblical Jewish writings that God has a long, consistent history of appropriately dealing with false teachers. We need to take these warnings to heart so that we do not depart from good doctrine and godly living.
